Dr. Szymon Ostrowski

Dr. Ostrowski is a Queensland-trained Gastroenterologist who graduated from Griffith University in 2011. He completed his specialist training at the Royal Brisbane Hospital and was awarded Fellowship to the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2022.

Dr. Ostrowski’s professional focus is providing high-quality care in gastroenterology, with particular expertise in managing complex gastrointestinal issues and performing endoscopic procedures. He also enjoys teaching endoscopy to junior staff, helping to train the next generation of gastroenterologists. Outside of work, Dr. Ostrowski enjoys spending time with friends and family during his downtime.

Areas of Special Interest:

  • General Gastroenterology and Hepatology: Dr. Ostrowski has extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of gastrointestinal and liver diseases.
 
  • Endoscopy: He is particularly dedicated to maintaining high standards in both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, with a strong focus on upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and colonoscopy. His emphasis is on patient safety and achieving optimal clinical outcomes.
